Elementary School Basketball

Our elementary basketball program consists of co-ed teams of 3rd and 4th grade students. The teams, affectionately called our “Jr. Defenders” are members of the Alloway Township Recreational League. They compete with other local public schools in Salem County, i.e. Mannington, Quinton, LAC and Alloway.

The Jr. Defenders practice generally one day a week from December through February and games are scheduled on Saturday mornings.

Salem County Christian Academy has participated in the Alloway Recreational League for over 5 years and our participation has had a great impact on teaching the basics of basketball to those students interested at an early age.
