Middle School Basketball

Our Middle School basketball program consists of Varsity (7th and 8th grade) and JV (5th and 6th grade) teams, both boys and girls teams.

Our M.S. teams compete against local public schools, i.e. Pennsville, Mannington, Woodstown and surrounding areas by participating in the Salem County Rural League.

Games for the MS JV and Varsity teams are usually scheduled for early evenings on weeknights and Saturdays. Playoffs / Championship games are sometimes also scheduled on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

By joining the SCRL a few years ago, we were able to further develop the competitive nature of our basketball program by offering the opportunity to students beginning in 5th grade to have the experience of being on the court and learning the intermediate skills of basketball.

The Salem County Rural League has been in operation for over 20 years and has developed a great institution where sportsmanship and learning the sport of basketball is front and center!
