REGISTRATION FEE: $250.00 (per family) for all re-enrolling and new students to the Academy.
(Fee waived for all applications received by April 30, 2020)
LITTLE BLESSINGS DAYCARE: ( 6 weeks to 3 years old – Year round program)

ELEMENTARY PROGRAM:
Elementary (K-5) $7,600.00 per year

UPPER SCHOOL PROGRAM:
Junior/Senior High School (6-12) $8,000.00 per year
♦ Textbooks/Technology and Activity Fee 450.00 - $150.00 (three times a Year)
CO-SCHOOL - HOMESCHOOLING FAMILIES
Per class rates: (includes textbooks and materials)
♦ $800 - per course ($20.00 weekly)
♦ $1,500 - 2 courses ($37.50 weekly)
♦ $2,000 - 3 courses ($50.00 weekly)
MICRO ACADEMY CLASS TUITION RATES:
♦ $1,000 Micro Academies Programs ($250.00 per academy - 4 per year)
♦ (select from: Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Technology, Business, Agriculture, Public Service)
FAMILY/MULTIPLE STUDENTS TUITION RATES:
1st child in the Academy 100% of tuition
2nd child in the Academy 25% discount
3rd and all subsequent children 35% discount
Please note: SALEM COUNTY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY plans its budget on “anticipated” student enrollment. No refunds and/or adjustments will be made on tuition when a child is not in attendance (sick days, snow days, vacations, etc.)
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1 Payment option full amount due by July 1 ($250 per student discount)
2 Payment option 1⁄2 due in August, remainder due January 2021
10 Month Payment option (Aug-May) (10% of annual tuition due by July 1, 2020)
12 Month Payment option (July-June) (1st payment due July 1, 2020)
EXTENDED CARE: (Before and After Care) Morning 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (K3-12) Afternoon 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (K3-12)
Extended Care will be figured/and billed on an hourly basis of $10.00 per hour, or $6.00 for every 1⁄2 hour or
portion thereof.
TUITION POLICIES:
All tuition payments are due on the date that you select from the FACTS tuition application. A ten-day grace period is given before accounts are considered past due.
Students may not be allowed to return to class for accounts that are more than 30 days past due unless arrangements have been made.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS:
Salem County Christian Academy will no longer accept checks. Payment must be made by cash, money order, or cashier’s check from that date forward.
Students may not take final exams or participate in commencement if accounts are not current.
