REGISTRATION FEE:  $250 .00 (per family) for all re-enrolling and new students to the Academy.

  • All fees, some activities, and material costs are included in the tuition rates.

  • 10% of your annual tuition rate is due by July 1 unless you pay in full or chose the 12-month plan (which your first tuition payment would be due in June).


  • Sports and activity fees and part-time student fees are not included in these tuition rates.

Technology and Textbook Fees

Please note: SALEM COUNTY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY plans its budget on “anticipated” enrollment. No refunds and/or

adjustments will be made on tuition when a child is not in attendance (sick days, snow days, vacations, etc.)


  • 1 Payment option full amount due by July 1 ($250 per student discount)

  • 2 Payment option 1⁄2 due in August, remainder due January 2021

  • 10 Month Payment option (Aug-May) (10% of annual tuition due by July 1, 2020)

  • 12 Month Payment option (July-June) (1st payment due July 1, 2020)

EXTENDED CARE (Before and After Care)

Morning 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (K3-12)    Afternoon 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (K3-12)


  • Extended Care will be figured/and billed on an hourly basis of $9.00 per hour, or $5.00 for every 1⁄2 hour or portion thereof.


  • Extended Care is only in session when school is open. There will be Extended Care on scheduled half-days but not on cancellations, delays or early dismissals.  There will not be extended care during scheduled Parent/Teacher conferences.


  • All students who are in Extended Care must be registered (Please obtain a form from the office). Students must be signed out of Extended Care by a parent/guardian.


  • All tuition payments are due on the date that you select from the FACTS tuition application. A ten-day grace period is given before accounts are considered past due.

  • Tuition payments are considered past due if not paid within 10 days of the due date. A $35 late fee will be applied for payments not received with in 10 days of the due date. A reminder will be sent on the 10th day after the due date, if tuition payment has not been received.

  • Students may not be allowed to return to class for accounts that are more than 30 days past due unless

    arrangements have been made.

  • A $35 fee will be assessed for all returned checks/insufficient funds. If a check or account is reported for

    insufficient funds Salem County Christian Academy will no longer accept checks. Payment must be made by cash, money order, or cashier’s check from that date forward.

  • Transcripts, report cards, diplomas, or school records cannot be released until accounts are current.

    Students may not take final exams or participate in commencement if accounts are not current.

  • Tuition charges of a student withdrawn will be prorated on the basis of the number of months or fractions thereof that the student attends the school. A 10% processing fee of the yearly tuition per child will be charged for withdrawal. Allow 60 days for refunds to be processed.

  • Tuition charges for a child admitted to the school during either semester will be prorated.




Salem County Christian Academy makes a Christian education affordable with more than $250,000.00 in annual financial assistant grants, scholarships and designated awards for qualified and mission appropriate families. 


  • 20-25% multiple student discount for families

  • 50 - $1,000 Shepherd scholarships from supporting churches (see your Pastor for details)

  • 50 – $500.00 scholarships for students in the areas of academic achievement, fine arts, drama, music, technology and community service. 

  • 10 - $1,000 scholarships from Alumni, local businesses and faithful SCCA supporters

  • 100 - $1,000 grants for economically disadvantaged families.


Please be sure to complete our online FACTS financial aid assessment for eligibility.  Deadline for financial aid applications in April 15, 2020 and funds are limited.  Financial assistance is capped at a maximum of 35% for total tuition costs.  Contact our business office for more details.

Financial aid awards will be distributed in 10 or 12 equal installments and students and families must meet expected behavior, academic commitment and volunteer responsibilities to qualify.  Any students or families not fulfilling those commitments will lose or have their funds reduced.

  • Volunteer 25 hours ($300 grant per family) during the 2020/2021 School year in

pre-approved areas of need.


  • I do not plan to be involved in the VIP program to receive the $300.00 grant per family.
